risk management solutions, announced that Brian Wornow has joined the company as senior
managing director of Lending Services.
In this new position, Wornow will lead a new line of business
focused on expanding Clayton's capital market and whole loan
services offerings to Wall Street, hedge funds, aggregators and
money managers, private equity firms, REITs and investment
companies.
Most recently, Wornow was managing director and co-head of
Morgan Stanley's residential mortgage whole loan trading business,
where he oversaw all facets of sourcing, marketing, trading and
risk management of the business. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he held
executive and managerial roles at UBS Securities LLC, MortgageIT
LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank Securities), and
PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
