On August 27, 2010, Satyam Computer Services Ltd (Mahindra Satyam) (the “Company”) intimated that Mr. Sanjay Kalra, one of the nominee directors of M/s Venturbay Consultants Private Limited tendered his resignation from the directorship of the Company. Consequently the size of the Board decreased to 7 directors comprising of 4 independent directors (including two nominee directors of the Central government), 1 non-executive director and 2 executive directors.
