Woburn, MA (February 4, 2025) - SES AI Corporation (“SES AI”) (NYSE: SES), a global leader in the development and manufacturing of AI-enhanced high-performance Li-Metal and Li-ion batteries, today announced it has received a letter from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) dated February 3, 2025 (the “Compliance Notice”), notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing criterion for minimum share price under Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
