VDM Specialists Continues its Succession of High-Profile Retail Listings NEW YORK, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- VDM Specialists, LLC today announced that it has commenced managing the trading of J. Crew Group, Inc. (NYSE:JCG), a fully-integrated, multi-channel retailer, on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The initial public offering (IPO) included the sale of 18.8 million shares of common stock priced at $20, raising approximately $376 million for the Company. The underwriters have an option to buy up to 2.82 million additional shares from the Company at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount, to cover over-allotments. The J. Crew listing underscores VDM's strength in the retail sector. Other well-known retailers traded by VDM include Limited Brands, Chico's FAS, Inc., Abercrombie & Fitch, Guess? If the underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional shares, the Company intends to use the additional net proceeds of approximately $49.0 million to pay down borrowings under its term loan.
