Mobil Travel Guide, developer of the authoritative Mobil star rating program for lodgings, spas and restaurants, today announced the 2006 recipients of the Mobil Four- and Five-Star Awards in the lodging and restaurant categories. Thirty-two (32) lodgings and fifteen (15) restaurants have been awarded the coveted Mobil Five-Star rating. In addition, 119 lodgings and 140 restaurants across the U.S. and Canada have received the highly regarded Mobil Four-Star rating. Announcing the Winners In the lodging category, Mobil Travel Guide is pleased to introduce the only new Mobil Five-Star hotel in 2005: the Four Seasons Hotel, Washington, D.C. The property joins thirty-one superlative 2006 Mobil Five-Star lodgings. On the restaurant side, Mobil Travel Guide welcomes three new properties to the Five-Star list: per se in New York, New York; White Barn Inn Restaurant in Kennebunkport, Maine; and Bastide in Los Angeles, California.
