Chelford Group Plc would like to announce that Howard Rosen, Chief Operating
Officer and Managing Director of the SAP Division, is leaving the Board and the
company, effective immediately.

Howard Rosen was the vendor of Cleves Solutions Limited, through which Chelford
Group acquired its SAP Division during 2002.

The Board would like to thank Howard for taking the Group into the SAP arena and
for integrating the business into the Group. The Board wishes him well for the
future.

Chelford Group is committed to building a successful SAP software sales,
consulting, integration and support division. The SAP Division will in future be
run by Trevor Lewis, Chelford Group Chief Executive.
