Eckoh Technologies plc ("the Company") announces that, pursuant to its offer for
Intelliplus Group plc ("Intelliplus") being declared unconditional in all
respects on 10 September 2003, application has been made for a further 4,672,627
ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading
on AIM with dealings in the Shares expected to commence on 13 January 2004.

These Shares represent those valid acceptances which the Company has received
from Intelliplus shareholders between 4 December 2003 and 24 December 2003.
