PNE Group said Tuesday that it has agreed to sell five photovoltaic solar projects in Romania to TotalEnergies Renewables for an undisclosed amount.

The German developer of wind farms said it will lead the development of the projects up to the ready-to-build phase. The projects have a combined total power output of 208 megawatt peak.
