AirBoss of America Corp. Appoints Vice President of Corporate Purchasing

Mr. Tim Toppen, President and COO of AirBoss of America Corp. ("AirBoss")
(TSX:BOS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kimberly Gallagher to
the position of Vice President Corporate Purchasing. Ms. Gallagher will have
overall responsibility for the company's purchasing functions in rubber
compounding, engineered products, automotive parts and defense.


Ms. Gallagher comes to us with twelve years of global purchasing experience in
the automotive industry. She holds a BA from University of Michigan and an
Executive Masters of Business from Michigan State University.
