Brompton Funds Limited (the "Manager") announces that it will become the options
advisor and portfolio manager to Brompton Lifeco Split Corp., Life & Banc Split
Corp., Brompton Split Banc Corp., Dividend Growth Split Corp. and Tech Leaders
Income Fund (collectively, the "Funds") effective on or about November 6, 2012.
Laura Lau, a TopGun award winning portfolio manager with over 18 years of
experience in financial services, will be the portfolio manager responsible for
executing the options strategies for the Funds. This will not result in a change
to any of the Funds' investment objectives, investment restrictions, fees
payable, redemption provisions, TSX listings or other terms of the constating
documents.
