Senior management will take the opportunity to
review the financial highlights and performance of the fiscal year
ended January 31, 2013 and to
present the latest developments, including financial results for
the first quarter ended April 30,
2013 as well as projects underway. Management will also
outline the Corporation's objectives for fiscal 2014 as well as its
outlook over the longer term.
Disclosure of First-Quarter Financial
Results
On Wednesday, June 12,
2013, before stock markets open, ADF will disclose by
way of a press release its financial results for the first quarter
ended April 30, 2013. At
10:00 a.m. (Montreal time) the same day, prior to the
Annual and Special Meeting, management will hold a conference
call with investors to discuss these results.
