TORONTO, Oct. 5, 2016 /CNW/ - Steven Hudson, CEO, ECN Capital Corp. (ECN), joined Ungad Chadda, President, Capital Formation, Equity Capital Markets, TMX Group, to open the market. Element Financial Corporation (EFN) is a fleet management and equipment finance company. On October 3, 2016, the company separated into two independent public companies - Element Fleet Management Corp and ECN Capital Corp. ECN Capital will operate the Company's commercial finance, vendor finance, rail finance and aviation finance businesses and transition to an origination and asset management business model. ECN Capital Corp. commenced trading on Toronto Stock Exchange on September 28, 2016.
