Alturas Minerals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ALT)(BVLAC: ALT) announces the granting of an aggregate of 3,930,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and key employees, pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, at an exercise price of $0.21 per common share. The options have a term of five years and vest over two years, with one-half vested immediately, and the final one-half one year thereafter.
