Cascadia Resources Inc. ("Cascadia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CCR)
announces that Michael d'Entremont has resigned as President of the Company
effective immediately, to pursue other interests. Gordon Bowerman has accepted
the position of President for an interim period while the Company looks for a
permanent replacement.
