VANCOUVER, June 3, 2015 /CNW/ - Helio Resource Corp
(TSX-V:HRC), ("Helio" or the "Company") reports that it has applied
for and received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange for the
repricing of 40,050,000 share purchase warrants from 10¢ per share
to 5¢ per share. No other terms of the warrants will be
modified.
The share purchase warrants consist of two groups:
- 29,550,000 warrants expiring June 13,
2016, and
- 10,500,000 warrants expiring July 27,
2016
