In an off market transaction completed on 29th May 2003, Sportnet Investments
Limited transferred (by gift) 5,300,000 ordinary shares (20.97%) in the Company
to Nicolas James Roach.


Following this transaction, Sportnet Investments Limited holds 1,293,916
ordinary shares (5.12%) in the Company and Nicolas James Roach holds 12,820,887
ordinary shares (50.72%) in the Company.


Sportnet Investments Limited is a company wholly owned by the independent
trustees of a family trust.
