asset management services, today announced that George Christopoulos was elected
to the Company's Board of Directors at the Company's annual meeting of
shareholders held earlier today.


Mr. Christopoulos replaces former director, Emmanuel Mounouchos, who chose not
to stand for re-election as a director at the Company's annual meeting of
shareholders. Mr. Christopoulos is a consultant with the firm Arthur Gelgoot and
Associates. "We have appreciated Manny's support and contribution to the Company
and wish him success in his future endeavours," said Don Gibbs, President and
