Jourdan Resources inc. Hires Focus Relations Inc.

Jourdan Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:JRN) ("Jourdan") is pleased to announce that
it has retained Focus Relations inc. ("Focus") as its investor relations
consultant. The company carefully selected Focus to help increase its exposure
to institutional and retail investors throughout North America and Europe. The
agreement with Focus is effective August 7, 2009 and is subject to the approval
of the TSX Venture Exchange. The agreement is for a six (6) month period. Focus
will be paid a monthly fee of $5,000 plus all preapproved expenses. The board
has granted Focus 600,000 stock options priced at $0.10 cents per share, for a
twelve month (12) month period subject to the company's stock option plan and
the policies of TSX-venture exchange. The options granted are subject to a four
month hold period from the date of grant.
