Parlay Entertainment to Power New Tain Bingo Network

Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEI) the world's leading supplier of
Internet and TV bingo software solutions, is pleased to announce that Tain, a
leading supplier of poker, casino and casual games, has signed an agreement to
use Parlay bingo technology.


Tain, which hosts a network of leading poker and casino brands, will launch an
online bingo network targeting various European markets. The network will be
based in Malta and will combine the strengths of Parlay's world-class bingo
product together with Tain's existing administration system.


The first two clients to kick-start Tain's bingo network will be Expekt.com and
Chili Bingo, followed by many brands from the Tain platform. Expekt.com has an
established base of bingo players and therefore it is expected their bingo
network will grow quickly.


Aj Thompson, MD of Tain Operations, said: "We have had so much interest
expressed by our existing poker and casino licensees, it's a natural progression
for us to offer the best bingo solution. We hope to be announcing another major
