Schwabo Capital Corporation Announces Move to NEX

Schwabo Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SBO.H) ("Schwabo" or the "Corporation")
announces that, further to the annual and special meeting of shareholders held
on June 25, 2010, at which shareholder approval was received for the transfer of
the listing of the Corporation from the TSX Venture Exchange to the NEX board of
the TSX Venture, trading in the Corporation's common shares will be listed on
NEX today, June 30, 2010. Trading in the common shares will remain suspended on
NEX pending an announcement regarding a potential Qualifying Transaction.
Schwabo's Tier classification will change from Tier 2 to NEX and the Filing and
Service Office will change from Calgary to NEX.


The trading symbol for the Corporation will change from SBO.P to SBO.H. This
symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within
the TSX Venture market.
