SportsClick Inc. Announces Termination of Agreement to Purchase Golden Silk Screening Co. Ltd.

SportsClick Inc. ("SportsClick") (TSX VENTURE:SCV) announced today that the
previously announced Agreement to purchase all of the issued and outstanding
shares of Golden Silk Screening Co. Ltd.("Golden") has been terminated by the
agreement of SportsClick and Golden, as Golden were unable to fulfill certain
conditions precedent prior to the contemplated closing date for the purchase.


SportsClick is a leading wholesaler of licensed, authentic sports merchandise
and apparel nationwide.
