Silvermet Inc. Grants Options to New Director

Silvermet Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SYI) is pleased to announce that it
has granted options to purchase up to an aggregate of 500,000 common shares of
the Company to its newly appointed Director, Mr. Asier Zarraonandia. The stock
options are exercisable at $0.15 per common share and expire on November 25,
2015, vesting immediately. The options are granted in accordance with the
Company's stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval.
