Twoco Petroleums Ltd. ("Twoco") (TSX VENTURE:TWO) announces that each of the
directors of Twoco has resigned. Twoco has been notified that Alberta Treasury
Branches will be making an application to the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta
on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 3:15 p.m. (Calgary time) to have
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. appointed to act as receiver and manager of Twoco.
