ZKL China Keli Electric Company Ltd (delisted)

China Keli Electric Company Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: ZKL) ("China Keli" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that since the start of this fiscal year (May 1 2010), Zhuhai Keli Electric Co., Ltd. ("Zhuhai Keli"), the Company's operating subsidiary in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), has been granted and issued three more patents by the State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC. The allowed patents cover advanced automated switchgear, related equipment designs and control systems which will facilitate the use of these products in Smart Grid transmission/distribution systems.

Together with the other patents already issued to China Keli, the new patents increase the Company's capabilities to develop and manufacture proprietary state-of-the-art products. The combination of proprietary, innovative products with China Keli's commitment to excellence in quality and customer service will enable further expansion of the Company's market share in the PRC. In particular, these new patented product designs are ideally suited to Smart Grid applications.

Government is also recognizing China Keli for it's technological leadership. Since December 2007, Zhuhai Keli has been recognized by the related branch of Zhuhai Municipal Government as a Key Enterprise Technical Center for three consecutive years. In 2008, Zhuhai Keli was officially recognized by the PRC government as a national Hi-tech Enterprise.
