Mr. LuVerne E.W. Hogg, President and CEO of ZEOX Corporation (the "Company" or "ZEOX") (TSX VENTURE: ZOX)(OTCQX: ZOXCF), is pleased to announce that as a result of ongoing product testing and development the Company has scheduled a series of large scale tests of the ZMM� AZI products (Activated Zeolite Injection) at power plants in North America beginning in May.

The ZMM� AZIs were developed for the environmental remediation markets to remove mercury from emissions in coal fired power plants. The distinct advantage for ZEOX's ZMM� AZI technology is that zeolite does not negatively impact on the fly ash, a by-product of coal burning facilities that is collected and sold into the cement industry for cost recovery. ZEOX has filed patents on the AZI technology.

The ZEOX's zeolite AZI sorbent technologies utilize the Company's unique Chabazite zeolite. The Company will produce ZMM� AZIs at the Butte, MT facility where ZEOX commenced production in July, 2008. The Butte facilities have a production capacity in excess of 100,000 tons per annum.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has regulations for the removal of Mercury from stack gasses to commence in many states by 2010. This creates a new market as a result of these environmental regulations. The current available technology is Activated Carbon Injection (ACI). When used, ACI adds carbon to the fly ash produced from the power plants. The carbon in the fly ash can be problematic when used in the manufacture of concrete. Millions of tons of fly ash are used in the United States and Canada for the production of concrete. The addition of too much carbon into the fly ash in some instances makes the fly ash unusable. The ZEOX AZI does not have this side affect and in some circumstances will actually improve the fly ash for its use in concrete.

The Obama administration has targeted the reduction of Mercury emissions as an environmental initiative in the United States and Internationally. Estimates of North American demand, projected by Bob McIlvaine, President of consulting firm McIlvaine Co. in C&EN Magazine (volume 86-number 47: November 24, 2008), are 10 million pounds in 2010 and 350 million pounds by 2013.

Achim Steiner, executive director of United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), says in C&EN Magazine (Volume 87, Number 09: March 2, 2009), "Today, we are united on the need for a legally binding instrument and immediate action towards a transition to a low-mercury world."

The (US) federal government is proposing, for the first time, to reduce airborne mercury pollution from cement kilns with new rules issued Tuesday, March 21, 2009 (sustainablebusiness.com: March 22, 2009). The new standards will cut mercury pollution from the nation's more than 150 cement kilns between 11,600 and 16,250 pounds (or a reduction of 81% to 93%), according to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The new standards are being proposed as part of a court settlement reached between the US Environmental Protection Agency, the nonprofit environmental law firm Earthjustice.

"This is great news and is a promising sign that the new leadership at EPA and in the White House is serious about protecting public health and the environment," said Earthjustice attorney Jim Pew.
