industry.
DigiTrax and Maybacks will launch a Karaoke network in the next
week which will feature 10000+ songs from the most popular genres
of music that have been remastered utilizing DigiTrax's AI
platform.
Chris Giordano President of Authentic Holdings stated: "In the
world of music DigiTrax Entertainment is the leading-edge company
when it comes to artificial intelligence. In addition to
their expertise in music AI they also have deep roots in the
Karaoke business. Their Karaoke library has licenses with almost

This launch will be the first of its kind since we are launching

on our OTA platform. To clarify what this means, not our "streaming
networks" but our scheduled television programming. Karaoke has
never been broadcast utilizing "FAST" ("Free Ad Supported
Television") before. And Maybacks is now in 43 DMA's ("Designated
Market Areas") in most of the major markets. This will not only
expand the audience for Karaoke Cloud but will increase revenue
growth for both parties significantly. Initially there will be
22-minute blocks of varied music genres followed by 3-4 minutes of
"insert ads" that will drive the network forward.
Contemporaneously, we will then launch Karaoke Cloud to a massive
international audience through our "streaming channel" partnerships

electronics company.
Karaoke is and will remain a global phenomenon. Our global
footprint with Karaoke Cloud will also be a huge driver for the
adoption of our APP and ultimately our Vast Tag ad revenue model

Downloading the APP will give someone access to the full Karaoke On Demand
("KOD") library instead of just the 22-minute blocks available on
our OTA networks. It will also give the individual access to all of
our programming across the 30 networks we now own, which will cross
pollinate our ecosystem even further and strengthen our revenue
model.
So why Maybacks one might ask. The answer is we have access and are
willing to share it with the right partners. The mutual benefits in
launching Karaoke Cloud are significant for both parties. Karaoke
Cloud receives access to a global marketplace which under normal
circumstances would be extremely difficult to access without
spending a fortune in the process, and with no guarantees of

audience of 2 million + people that are part of the Karaoke Cloud
Universe and further our growth in the adoption of our APP and our
