Company to Additionally Offer its Products in 12oz Cans DOLTON, Ill., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apple Rush Co., Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRU) is pleased to announce that the Company will be expanding its production line into the Midwest, where its Organic 100% Juice Sparkling Beverages will now also be produced in 12oz cans. With the current industry ratio of cans outselling bottles, the Company sees the necessity to begin production of its canned beverages immediately and is in the final stages of selecting a new Midwest production facility. Apple Rush expects the demand, for its cans alone, to increase sales by 200%, in the first year of distribution. In anticipation of this demand, the Company has developed a new Fridge 12-Pack (http://www.applerush.com/newcans.htm) which it will begin marketing to Retail Grocery Chains during the first Quarter of 2010. The Fridge 12-Pack will initially be designed for its four best selling flavors: Original Apple, Pomegranate, Cranberry and Black Cherry. Many Grocery Chains have already indicated their desire to be a part of this new program when it rolls out. "With the introduction of cans to our Midwest product mix, we are excited by the growth it will bring to Apple Rush. By offering our beverages in cans, combined with the lowered cost of organic apple juice concentrate, we now have the ability to lower retail prices to a level, which will also attract many more consumers," stated Robert Corr, President of Apple Rush Co., Inc.
