He will succeed Mr Douwe Kras, who will leave the organisation as of May 1, 2009. Mr Mooren (1956) has occupied various management positions at ARCADIS since joining the company in 1991. He led the company's activities in environmental impact assessments and also held the position of director of ARCADIS Zuid. Currently, he is director of the mobility division, under which activities in infrastructure, traffic and travel and spatial information are clustered.
