Departures of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 30, 2012, Aurum, Inc (the “Company”) announced that Mr. Craig Michael had resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Michael will continue as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Joseph Gutnick has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
