The Tennessee Pollution Prevention Partnership program, also known as TP3 www.state.tn.us/environment/ea/tp3/ was created by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation to help establish a network of Tennessee households, schools, government agencies, organizations, businesses, and industries who are dedicated to protecting the environment and to establishing measurable benchmarks for success in reducing waste, conserving energy and eliminating hazardous chemicals in the home and workplace.
