Brownie's Marine Group Announces Significant Progress on the Molecular Impact Energy Technology
29 Novembre 2012 - 8:45PM
Brownie's Marine Group, Inc. (OTCBB:BWMG), a leading developer,
manufacturer and distributor of highly specialized dive and safety
products, today announced that significant progress has been made
on the Molecular Impact Energy (MIE) technology generation test
platform.
The first complete boiler-free engine-generator combination
utilizing a 4 impact chamber design and an ultra high pressure
water injection system has been completed and preliminary testing
is being initiated. Preliminary results are very promising.
The initial tests confirm the inventor's original
assumptions regarding the results of directing ultra high pressure
and ultra high velocity water into a heated impact chamber.
The results achieved confirm the initial observations regarding
water/steam explosion physics. Summary observation conclusion is as
follows: When a high temperature pressurized water sample (above
212 degrees F) is forcibly impacted at a high velocity into a
proprietarily designed pre-heated impact chamber a resultant micro
steam explosion is observed.
This micro explosion release imparts substantial energy. This
energy is sufficient to measurably elevate the temperature of the
impact chamber based on accepted steam table temperature/pressure
relationships.
The inventor theorizes that the explanation for the statistical
mechanical mechanism for this results from the disassociation of
electro statically bound water clusters. The collective energy
resulting from this sudden and near instantaneous disassociation
explains the pressure and temperature changes observed in the
impact chamber apparatus test assemblies.
To carry these observations further the prototype team has
constructed an external steam system capable of driving a
conventional steam engine.
The steam generation system utilizes "state of the art"
piezo-electric high pressure injection technology coupled with
computer controlled injection timing and common rail pressure
control similar to that employed in high performance diesel
engines.
The Quad Chamber steam technology, feeding a 20 HP 2 cylinder
steam engine, is anticipated to produce sufficient steam to drive a
14 – 30 KW generator on a continuous basis.
The applications for this technology are far reaching and extend
well beyond the marine industry into local power generation.
Brownie's exclusive rights, involvement and interest in this novel
technology are specific to developing a super-efficient power
generation system for yachts, ships and small island communities.
The important aspect of MIE technology is that it effectively
eliminates the conventional boiler as a key element in steam
production. A key driver of MIE technology is the partial
replacement of thermal heating with kinetic heating. BWMG has
an exclusive license for this technology in the marine and remote
power generation industry."

community, Brownie's is known as the market leader when it comes to
surface supplied "Third Lung" dive systems and Scuba Tankfill
Systems for yacht-based diving. Brownie's products and support
service divers at all levels of the underwater world, from
shallow-water dive systems to deep-water mixed gas support systems
for exploration divers and submariners.
In 2011, Brownie's introduced the first in a series of
patent-pending Variable Speed Battery Powered Third Lung (hookah
diving) devices engineered to conserve energy while delivering
performance to the diver.
Forward-Looking Statements:
Except for statements of historical fact, the matters discussed
in this press release are forward-looking. "Forward-looking
statements" describe future expectations, plans, results, or
strategies and are generally preceded by words such as "future,"
"plan" or "planned," "expects," or "projected." These
forward-looking statements reflect numerous assumptions and involve
a variety of risks and uncertainties, many of which are beyond the
company's control that may cause actual results to differ
materially from stated expectations. These forward looking
statements include potential commercialization of the MIE
technology for marine applications, the viability of the MIE
technology, the potential realization of new revenue streams from
the MIE and other patent and license rights, and our success in
obtaining venture partners to help fund the testing of the MIE
technology. These risk factors include, among others, limited
operating history, our ability to obtain funding for the MIE
project, and the efficacy of the MIE technology in marine
applications, difficulty in identifying and marketing products,
intense competition, substantially increasing the enterprise value
of Brownie's, successfully commercializing other patents,
generating new lucrative streams of revenue form the MIE, and
additional risks factors as discussed in reports filed by the
company with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which are
available at http://www.sec.gov.
