	The Registrant reported revenues of $734,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2011 and expects to report revenues of approximately $569,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2012. The decrease in revenue is primarily due to a decrease in maintenance and consulting revenue partially offset by an increase in software revenue.
