Caduceus Software Systems Corp. Enters Discussion with Software Developer and Solutions Provider Based in the Philippines

Caduceus Software Systems Corp. (OTCBB: CSOC) (the Company)
is pleased to mention that it has entered into talks with a leading
Electronic Medical records firm in the Philippines.
The Philippines company has developed and maintained the first
cloud-based Electronic Medical Record system geared for the
ambulatory care and multi-specialty clinic market in the country.
They are also proficient at IT consultancy and development work for
healthcare-related companies. Currently, the company is developing
the mobile component of its EMR for use on doctors smart phones and
tablets.
They are involved with the telecommunications companies in the
Philippines to deploy its EMR systems in several solutions on a
nationwide scale, and are also in the midst of developing a new
healthcare delivery system in conjunction with its medical
partners, which will significantly change the face of ambulatory
health practice in the Philippines.
Once Caduceus can successfully complete ongoing negotiations and
receive agreeable results from the subsequent due diligence
assessment process, the Company can then anticipate that a formal
distribution agreement can be executed by both parties in a timely
fashion. This will allow Caduceus Software Systems to further
expand its sales potential throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
