Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Enertopia today announces the board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program, pursuant to which the Company is authorized to repurchase up to $100,000 worth of its common stock, subject to further increases of $100,000 at the Company's discretion. The Company may repurchase shares on the open market, in compliance with Rule 10b-18, or through privately negotiated transactions at times and prices considered appropriate by the Company, at the discretion of management, and subject to its assessment of market conditions and other economic factors.
