Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:FEO)(OTCQX:FEOVF) reports that pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 3,625,000 stock options have been granted to directors and officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at an exercise price of $0.27 per share for a period of ten years subject to regulatory approval.
