(I.C.E)(OTC:ICRD) (BULLETIN BOARD: ICRD) today announced that its gift and rewards unit, Neos Merchant Solutions Inc., has signed an agreement to provide a Cashless Event Management System (CEMS) to Wine Show Extraordinaire 2007, a three day event that will be held at The Exhibit Hall at The Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, on February 23, 24, 25. The event will feature over 200 renown domestic and international winemakers and winery exhibitors, as well as other exhibitors including: local area restaurants, artists and local artisans. The Wine Show Extraordinaire 2007 is a celebration of fine wines, gourmet foods and art. Upon entering The Exhibit Hall visitors will find themselves transported back to the grand old days of the ship's nautical prime, regaling in the indulgences of wine and gourmet foods while strolling between artists' exhibits. Visitors will learn about the perfect wine pairings and what makes a dish fit for royalty from and chefs. General admission is set at $50, and attendees will receive a special gift card to be used for wine and food tastings in addition to being eligible for gift giveaways of items such as restaurant dining vouchers, airline tickets and wine stemware that will be held every 15 minutes during the event. There will also be a special $65 opportunity prize drawing that will include a Jeep Liberty, the latest iPod Video players, and a half-dozen 42" flat screen televisions.
