IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham today announced the conclusions and recommendations of testing done by the US Department of Defense (DOD) on the Alert Explosive detectors.

Conclusions

1. Effective tool for addressing the current need to distinguish ammonium nitrate and urea nitrate from other nitrate, containing compounds.

2. TNT/PETN, RDX/Nitrate, Ammonium Nitrate and Urea Nitrate units provide effective detection of stated substances with tested substances.

3.Chlorate/Bromate unit is an effective tool for detecting potassium chlorate, with tested substances yielding no false positives. - No bromate-containing substances tested.

4. The TATP/HMTD unit is an effective tool for detection of peroxide-containing compounds.

Recommendations

5. Address specificity of TATP/HMTD unit, especially in regard to reaction with nitrates.

6. Sample collection area relatively small (1/8 in diameter).

7. Include visual depictions of turning/shaking actions in user instructions.

Identa's Corp remarks to the report:

1. A total of 900 kits from the different kind of detectors have been tested by the laboratory. It was a very large and comprehensive test. All IDenta's Corp different kinds of detectors have been tested.

- The most useful kit to be used by the different agencies is the TNT/PETN/RDX kit. It is a general screening for explosives, able to detect and identify nine different kind of suspected substances. It is a most reliable kit.

2. The TATP test is a relatively new, novel and unique test for Identa Corp only. In the last year Identa has improved the TATP kit and it is working properly with nitrate substance also.

No other company has a specific kit for TATP kind of explosives.

3. The tests by the laboratory have been conducted through more than a year time.

- Since than Identa Corp has developed a new sampler for detecting and identifying on surfaces also, with a much larger sampler collection area. The new sampler is able to trace suspected substances on nano gram.

4. Identa is including visual depictions of turning/shaking actions in user instructions.
