MARINA DEL REY, CA , a leading Internet search marketing firm that cost-effectively delivers web traffic via search optimized text and video content, announced today that the Company has requested an extension for filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2007.

The Company expects that its financial results will be consistent with the preliminary results issued on October 30, 2007. The preliminary results stated that third quarter total revenues increased 3 percent from the second quarter to $1.19 million, cash increased 8 percent to more than $621,000, and new orders grew 48 percent over the first half of 2007.

InfoSearch Media filed for the extension in order to gain additional time for the accurate completion of filing documents and reporting paperwork due to changes in personnel during the period. The Company intends to file its Form 10-QSB no later than Friday, November 16, 2007.
