MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla., June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NuEarth Corporation (Pink Sheets: NUEC) ("NuEarth"), a US based manufacturer and marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology, announced this week that Mr. Levi Modelevi has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Modelevi takes the reins from co-founder Stephan Young, bringing 10 years of experience to NuEarth Corporation with demonstrated leadership capabilities and success in both startup and large corporate operations.  Modelevi will focus on new product development and manufacturing as NuEarth Corporation rapidly approaches US market introduction of its revolutionary AquaSolv and AB Tech Cleaners and Strippers.

Mr. Modelevi has held high level corporate management positions. Most recently, Mr. Modelevi was General Manager for The Avalon Group Ltd's South American operations.
