Porsche Automobil Holding SE (PAH3.XE) said Monday that Matthias
Mueller, the former chief executive of Volkswagen, has resigned as
member of its executive board, where he was responsible for
strategy and corporate development.
Mr. Mueller's resignation follows his departure this month from
Porsche's Volkswagen AG (VOW.XE), where he was replaced as chief
executive by Herbert Diess.
The departure is in agreement with the supervisory board and is
effective April 30, Porsche said.
The company's supervisory board will decide on a succession in
due course, it said.
