On August 11 th , 2019, P.V. Nano Cell Ltd. (the “Issuer”) announced it has issued a press release titled 2019-08-07 PV Nano Cell Sicrys Ink Delivers Outstanding Performance. PV Nano Cells inks are showing outstanding results in new solar cells related technologies been developed by the famous Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
