Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SEGI), formerly known as ImaRx Therapeutics, Inc., trading under the symbol IMRX, is pleased to announce that its application to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (‘FINRA’) for a name and symbol change has been successfully processed.

The company’s shares will now trade under the symbol ‘SEGI,’ which is an acronym for Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc. The symbol change has taken effect as of November 24, 2010. The official company name change from ImaRx Therapeutics Inc. to Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc. will take effect as of November 29, 2010.
