Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective February 13, 2015, the Board of Directors of Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), accepted the resignation of Matthew Cohen, our Executive Vice President & General Counsel. Mr. Cohen resigned in order to pursue other business opportunities and we wish him well in those endeavors.
