On December 12, 2012, William H. Mitchell was appointed Principal Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company.  This is in addition to Mr. Mitchell's current role as Vice President of the Company.  Mr. Mitchell also currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank.
