The CEO of Tytan
Holdings, Inc. ("the Company") (PINKSHEETS:
TYTN), Mark Leonard, has recently completed a ten day tour of 13
Chinese Factories under contract with the Company. He was
accompanied by Tim Nelson, of Farmboys' Tractor of TN, and Gary
Lynch of Weir & Harrad Machinery from Australia.
All Products were just coming off the production line. They were
carefully inspected for quality and cosmetics. "We are reaching our
goal to have the BEST Quality and Prices! All of the Tractor
operated, Lawn Finish Mowers, Flail Mowers and Brush Cutters have
better welds, paint and workmanship than any other products in our
Industry, no matter where they are made," reports Leonard. "Every
piece exceeded my expectations," said Leonard, adding, "They have
all been approved for shipment and I am very happy with my friends'
efforts."
Tytan will offer a NEW 3000 lb. capacity Hydraulic Dump Trailer
5' X 10'. This trailer can be towed either by a Farm Tractor or a
Pickup. It is equipped to be able to dump heavy loads of gravel or
sand. This trailer has multiple uses. Tytan is planning eventually
to possibly offer this in a galvanized finish as well for the
farming Industry. The pictured trailer on the website news is only
an older sample picture.
"We were also very pleased with quality of the new Tytan Mini
Tractors," stated Leonard. "Tytan has two shipments of tractors
being readied for shipment. One shipment is at the Port now. I
believe our customers will be excited to see the new hood and
fender paint colors." This little tractor will also have Leonard's
newly designed telescoping Roll Bar that allows someone with a low
garage door etc to move the tractor inside with ease. For Orchard
use, it can easily be removed.
"I'm thrilled with the advanced features which have been
upgraded on all of our tractors; the fit and finish on them is
perfect," said Leonard. The factory is outfitted with
state-of-the-art assembly, prep and painting equipment. Significant
orders were placed at this factory. At a round table dinner Party
that was hosted by the factory President & CEO to discuss long
term plans for Tytan to capture a large segment of the US market,
among the dignitaries present were three Chinese Government
Officials who were attending as a result of the great success
Leonard had with his previous Rhino company factories. They pledged
their full support to Tytan's efforts.
Mr. Leonard also met with Chinese Stock Market officials and is
currently studying different possibilities of introducing Tytan's
stock in China. Two of the largest firms he visited this trip
expressed a keen interest in the stock. (Especially since Tytan's
stocks had such a great week while Leonard was visiting them.) More
communications on this progress will come as it happens.
This last week there was some news that came up regarding the
actual ownership of the Coatings Patent that we have listed as
belonging to Tytan Holdings Inc. After studying the situation &
getting expert feedback, Tytan President Mark Leonard said he was
not concerned and the situation will be straightened out. The
purchase and registration of the Patent were handled by a Portland,
OR attorney who specializes in that field. The Coatings Patent was
something we had only at an investigative stage. Tests were not in
yet to determine our possible use.
