Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 15, 2022, UAS Drone Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Duke Airborne Systems Ltd., introduced the IC Drone, a drone technology for conducting routine maintenance of critical infrastructure, and has signed an agreement with Israel Electric Corporation (IEC) to provide drone-enabled systems for cleaning electric utility cable insulators. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
