Inc. (OTC:TENG) today announced that it has retained CTC, Inc. as
investor relations counsel to communicate the company's progress
and business strategy. The company specializes in the exploration,
production, transportation and sales of oil and natural gas.
Management is convinced that the time is right to expand its
contacts with investors. Trans Energy's strategy is to economically
increase reserves, production and sales of natural gas and oil from
properties principally in Wyoming's Powder River and Appalachian
Basin areas, as well as acquiring and developing additional
