Swedish real estate company Fabege AB (FABG.SK) Thursday said Danish brewing company Carlsberg A/S (CARL-A.KO) has selected Arenastaden for its new Swedish headquarters.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-Carlsberg Sweden will lease 2,700 square meters of office space in the Uarda 1 property.

-Occupancy will take place on Nov. 15.

-Fabege shares Thursday closed up 2.7% at SEK57.60 against a +0.8% close in the wider Stockholm market.
