Description:	Bitcoinereum is a "mineable" ERC20 token, emulating the parameters of Bitcoin mining. Mining is done by calling the function Mine() of the Smart Contract. Initially, 50 coins are generated every 10 minutes. Mining reward halves every 4 years.
