Our mission at PureTick.com is quite simply to significantly improve the unsuccessful trader’s chances of survival. Our priority is stock index futures trading with a secondary application to individual equities. Our my main goal is to teach traders to acquire the skills and discipline to trade for themselves. We are here to help you piece together your trading style, while giving out profitable trading calls and advice. Generating income while developing your mind are our main priorities.
It is well documented that an individual taking on the challenge of trading on a short term basis, entering and exiting trades on a time frame from a few minutes or hours (day trading) to a period less than 3 days has a greater than 90% chance of abandoning trading within 6 months of trading. These individuals lose either all of their trading capital or at least an amount unacceptable and not anticipated by the trader.
We also want to establish ourselves as a well respected “consumers advocate” in the highly varied arena of self proclaimed “gurus” and “trading experts.” Most of these advisors will not like what we are doing. We may not be revealing any “holy grail” trading methods, (because there are not any), but we will be alerting the trading public to the sorts of cozenage, poor advice, and general taking advantage of the hopes and dreams of the individual, unsophisticated investor.
We will make market trading calls at exactly the same time that we are alerted to the setup. There will be no impossibile hindsight calls in our log. We will never call a trade (like commonly done in this business) that is almost impossible for a subscriber to get into; unless of course the trade is about to lose. We call that ruse the “Wow, I’m already making money---aren’t you?” trade.
Since we use disciplined, proven methods for entering and exiting trades, we know within a reasonable time when a setup is beginning to form and can alert our subscribers whether we are looking to buy or short and at what kind of price level we are ready to trade. No “out of the blue impulse trades.” We call that the “Guru finished the video game trade.
When we enter a trade, we will always call an exact price at which we determine the trade is not working and where we will exit that trade; the defined stop. Yes, we know lots of places where the “guru” triumphantly announces his tiny stop loss and the investor is left to scramble in horror at a great misfortune.
All of our trades will be posted on our site. Have you ever asked an advisor what percentage of the time a favorite setup worked and they sort of don’t have an accurate record?
While we can never predict a profitable future, we are the only trading room that promises to refund our subscription fee (less processing costs) for any month that our trading room calls do not produce a profit. No one does that.
We also plan to allow our subscribers room to professionally develop. We encourage diversification. To that end we plan to reward our hardest working subscribers with cash awards for the most profitable room trading call made by our non-professional trading subscribers.
We do plan to teach our methods to subscribers willing to put in the necessary time and effort to learn. We think it is unrealistic to pack a seminar room full of hungry newbies and turn them into professional traders in 2 or 3 days. We do think it is an easy way for these gurus to take $800 to $2,500 from an unsuspecting individual. We strongly feel that proper trading can only be taught in a very controlled personal environment. Most successful traders today have learned under the tutelage of a successful trader, and the highest levels of success have only been achieved after at least a year of such apprenticeship. Unfortunately, today there are a number of week long “personal trading training” programs out there selling for between $5,000 and $10,000 hinting that an attendee will come away a trading professional. They sell nothing but disappointment. We plan on offering a better alternative. We call it the “Money Manager Apprentice Program.”
What has worked for us at Trades / PureTick.com has not been a magical trading method. In our experience, maybe as much as 90% of the improvement has come from a 90% improvement in the trader’s attitude adjustment. That is what we promise to work on.

As an absolute beginner in Ninja Trader trading, I'd apreciate some minor changes to be done to the automatic trading pad. My suggestion is to make it easier for all traders: how about to change the "buy" and "sell" buttons into "fuck" and "suck"...and of course to change the "ask" and "bid" ones into "girl" and "boy"
...That would drive trading more enjoyable, wouldn't it? Or even more realistic?
The Ninja is getting horny, isn't he?

This software has been around a long time and is very powerful especially for running quote pages. It’s 100% free but does come with an advertising banner and also limits the amount of data that can be stored to 2 days. Registration is $7 a month or $60 a year and this takes away the ads as well as letting you store up to 10 days worth of intraday data.
However, in order for the software to work you need some real-time data. MedVed works by taking a raw data feed from your Broker. For the UK it currently supports data from;
